Integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 for HITEC's Hybrid Leadership Summit

Client Background and Challenge

HITEC, a leader in the technology sector, required a robust online hybrid platform to host their leadership summits. A critical challenge was the need for seamless user authentication and real-time data synchronization with their existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 data store. Ensuring a secure and efficient connection between the platform and their data systems was essential for providing a smooth and responsive user experience.

Solution: Developing DynamicsCMS

To meet HITEC's needs, we leveraged and reengineered an existing tool in our suite, known as "SheetCMS," which connects Google Sheets to web projects. The result was "DynamicsCMS," a tailored solution designed to handle direct API GET requests, enabling near real-time retrieval of event information and user data from Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Implementation: Powering the Platform with Webflow and Memberstack

By harnessing the capabilities of Webflow and Memberstack, we integrated DynamicsCMS into HITEC's platform. This integration allowed us to map data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 directly to HTML attributes, ensuring a streamlined and visually engaging user experience. The custom-built DynamicsCMS tool played a pivotal role in connecting HITEC’s backend systems with the front-end user interface, resulting in a seamless and efficient platform for their leadership summits.

Outcome

The collaboration resulted in a fully functional hybrid platform that met HITEC's requirements for user authentication and data synchronization. The use of DynamicsCMS provided a reliable bridge between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the online platform, enabling HITEC to host their events with confidence and ease.
